Abstract

Advances in information technology offer significant opportunities for MSMEs to increase efficiency and expand their marketing efforts. KWT Cinta, under the auspices of the NGO Widya Erti Indonesia, is an MSME that produces chocolate banana chips and coconut chips. Currently, promotions are still conducted conventionally, and a structured sales recording and financial management system is lacking. This research aims to design and implement a web-based sales information system to support promotions, sales recording, and financial management efficiently and effectively. Development was conducted using prototyping and PIECES analysis methods. The system is equipped with promotional animation features and tested using functionality and usability testing. The results showed that all features performed according to specifications, with a usability score of 87.32% (categorized as "very good"). This system increases promotional appeal, recording efficiency, and market expansion, and has the potential to become a digitalization solution for other women's farming groups.
