Web Based School Financial Information System at MA Al-Azkiya Pengalihan Keritang

Abstract
In today's technological era, financial information systems are needed by institutions/companies such as MA Al-Azkiya in Pengalihan Keritang. Currently, MA Al-Azkiya still relies on manual data recording and deposit transactions, so a digital system will be very helpful. The purpose of this study is to facilitate school officials and students in financial reporting and online transactions. With this, researchers built a school financial information system using a research framework consisting of 2 phases, namely the initial phase and the system development phase, the initial phase by identifying problems, collecting data consisting of observations, interviews and literature studies, for the system development phase using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) development method with waterfall modeling that guides the design of the system built using stages such as waterfalls from needs analysis using PIECES analysis techniques to the implementation and testing stages. The results of the study are building a school financial information system with access to 2 actors, namely admin and students, testing is done using functionality and usability. The functional test scores for all those tested directly by the Al-Azkiya MA admin were successful, and the usability test for distributing questionnaires with a feasibility percentage score of 88.54% can be declared very good. It can be concluded that the system built with additional features, namely the online payment verification feature, is very helpful for admins and students both in terms of transactions and data collection.
