SWOT Analys of BengkelCloudApp Application in Micro Scale Workshop Transaktion Management

Abstract

Digitalization in the micro business sector, especially motorcycle repair shops, is an urgent need to improve operational efficiency. The BengkelCloudApp is designed as a web-based technology solution to assist the process of recording transactions at micro-scale workshops, such as Bengkel Motor Andi. This article discusses the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis of the application. The analysis shows that the application has a positive impact on the efficiency of transaction management and data archiving. However, there are still some challenges in technology adoption, especially related to user training and dependence on internet connection. This study is expected to serve as a basis for the development of similar information systems in the MSME sector
