Evaluation of User Satisfaction with the COD-Check First Payment System on the Shopee Application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) Method

Abstract
The development of e-commerce in Indonesia has encouraged various innovations in the payment system, one of which is the COD-Cek Dulu feature introduced by Shopee to increase consumer trust and convenience when shopping online. However, the success of this feature needs to be evaluated in terms of user satisfaction to assess the extent to which the feature is effective and well received. This study aims to evaluate the level of user satisfaction with the COD-Cek Dulu payment system on the Shopee application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with a survey approach using the SUS questionnaire to 100 students of Indragiri Islamic University who have used the feature. Data processing is carried out through validity and reliability tests, as well as calculating the SUS score to measure the usability of the system. The results of the study show that the COD-Cek Dulu feature obtained a SUS score of 75 which is included in the "Acceptable" category with a grade of "C" and a good level of usability, reflecting a high level of user satisfaction. In conclusion, the COD-Cek Dulu payment system is considered effective and worthy of being maintained as one of Shopee's innovations, and contributes positively to the user shopping experience on the e-commerce platform
